Experiences
Student Leadership University (SLU), Reasonable Faith Club, and Maven offer immersive experiences to foster a strong Biblical worldview. SLU shapes influential leaders through hands-on training and mentorship, while Maven equips the next generation to defend and confidently share their faith with skeptics and non-believers. Reasonable Faith is an on campus meeting for students and parents to navigate challenging questions about faith and seeking truth.

Student Leadership University
Open to all 9-12th grade TKA Students. SLU 101 provides a year’s worth of leadership development in just 4 days. This dynamic experience allows attendees to learn from world-class thought leaders in creative and participatory environments inside and outside of the conference room. SLU teaches each student practical and relational life skills to change the way they think, dream and lead at the feet of Jesus.
MAVEN
MAVEN’s Apologetics Immersive Experience will prepare students to know the reasons why Christianity is true, to answer difficult objections, and to intelligently and graciously share the Gospel.

Reasonable Faith

MAVEN
What is MAVEN?
Why are you a Christian? How can truth be objective? Is there evidence that God actually exists? Why would anyone trust the Bible? Don’t all roads eventually lead to God? These are common questions skeptics ask us. Should these questions make our students nervous or shake their Christian faith? No.
MAVEN’s apologetics immersive experience prepares students to know the reasons WHY Christianity is true, to answer difficult questions, and to intelligently and graciously share the Gospel all while in a university context.
What our students
are saying

REASONABLE FAITH
There are two chapters that meet on campus: one is strictly for adults; the other is for students. Experience warmth and engagement within the Reasonable Faith community as you explore what it means to be a defender of the Christian faith. Truth will take shape, abstract ideas about God will become concrete, and your confidence will grow as you discover credible answers to curious questions.
Topics explored:
-
The existence of God
-
The meaning of life
-
The objectivity of truth
-
The foundation of moral values
-
The creation of the universe
-
The reliability of the Gospels
-
The historicity of the resurrection
William Lane Craig
Dr. William Lane Craig, a Visiting Scholar of Philosophy at Talbot School of Theology and Professor of Philosophy at Houston Christian University, is a distinguished figure in the field. Yielding his life to Christ at sixteen, Dr. Craig pursued his academic journey, earning degrees from Wheaton College, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, the University of Birmingham, and the University of Munich. With over thirty books and numerous articles to his credit, he is recognized among the fifty most influential living philosophers by The Best Schools (2016).

DIVERSITY STUDENT UNION
In today’s culture, having a space where individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives can come together is more important than ever. The Diversity Student Union (DSU) is a community dedicated to maintaining open dialogue across diverse perspectives in a culture where open and cordial exchange is rare.
DSU is where King’s students can express their opinions openly, ask questions, and engage in meaningful dialogue about our culture’s most pressing issues. We believe that, even amid disagreement, it’s possible to find common ground and build connections as a school family. In this way, DSU empowers students to navigate difficult conversations constructively, broadening their perspectives while promoting empathy and mutual respect.
In a society that often feels divided, DSU serves as a reminder of our Christian calling to see the image of God in every person.
